How cheap are we talking?

Have a look on the free transfers sometimes theres 17-19yrs with about 70 overall i got 1 he started at 70 and had 5 star skills and 4 star week footed he had 80s in a few things and was a FC. He was 17 sent him out on loan for 3 seasons now playing him and hes at 82! Not bad for a freebie.
