Tactics are an important part of Virtual Manager. Using a good tactic, your chances of winning more matches are higher. Hereby you will win more prizes and your club will be promoted more often.
It is always a good idea to examine the tactic of the opponent and find its weaknesses and set up your own tactic to accommodate those weaknesses. The better you know your opponent's tactics, players, strength, and weaknesses the better your chances are of setting up a winner tactic!
Remember that you can choose your tactics for your matches by going to Squad > Senior Squad or Youth Squad > Coming matches.
Clubs with a Virtual Manager Premium license can create up to 6 tactics. Clubs without can create 2.
