The players in Virtual Manager are created by the managers*. The players can be created at the ages of 15 to 20 and can stay at the club, or be sold to another club during their career. When a player becomes too old to play soccer, he will retire. This can happen from the age of 31 onwards, but most players will wait until they are between 34-36 years old. Some might even get up to 41 years old before retiring.
You must have at least 8 players at your club to be included in a League and to play matches. New clubs automatically already have 15 players.
Player information like weight, height and preferred leg does not have any influence on the players valuation or placement.
*The creation of players requires a Virtual Manager Premium license as a minimum.
