~145 on mine's. Nothing to be ashamed of. But you should find younger players to train otherwise having high trains for 26yo rated 30 something doesn't increase the value much. Better find 17-18 yo over 22-25 rating that even on your ground would reach 30 in 2 months and the value would triple. Otherwise it's all for nothing.
The one im hopeing will do really good is Bryne. He just level(?)ed up from a 29 to a 30. Ive had him play since i got him and unless hes bought, im going to have play in as many matches as possible.
