What's the best Formation?

I'm curious what Formation you lot think is best?

The Formation which gave me the best result was a 5-3-2. I found that the more strikers you have the more likely they are to pass rather than shoot and because players don't stay stay in their position when defending as they always sprint to the ball it's best to have a lot in defence to cover.

I play 3-5-2 but with two holding MD. I have found the better defensively you are the less players back there you need. Meaning I can play a balanced counter attacking play and it seems to give me the results I desire. I don't tend to lose to lower teams and usually manage my own against the teams around me.

I think it depends on the abilities your players possess accumulatively. The positions they play and how your opposition shapes up.

I don't think 1 formation is feasible as you have to adjust some times to counter the opposition.
