Do the user forums not work anymore?

As the title suggests. I don't seem to be able to create a new topic.

The future looks bleak with general malaise, apathy and finally a deep comma before rigour mortis establishes the .timeframe of the deceased .

Ive managed to get it to work but when I search user forums I cannot find it.

I can totally relate to your enthusiasm for dullness. I joined the dull mans group recently. I've reached that age where you stop caring and let go it doesn't matter any more. I want a bit more life in these forums. I don't care if its dull in fact I prefer it. There is greatness in dullness. I find it difficult to be dull and not laugh. The harder I try it gets more funny.
