He has to know. He`s been playing the game for over 10 years. I wish they were at least Transfer Listed. I`d love to rescue some of them.

It's self inflicted neglect no other reason, so this manager definitely knows the procedure and requirements for entering a league with having a W.C.T.F . Only been absent for about a year from the game and returned week 21 of this year .
