How often do you discover a Talent?

I've discovered one this year... Seems low.

I have discovered 8 this year from my own allocation, and probably another 4 or 5 from wildcards my scouts found.

Before the turn of the year i think i discovered 1 in 10 weeks was my longest spell without one.

I've seen some teams get 2 enormous super youths in consecutive weeks this year - we can dream!

I have had 4 so far this year(none since April), though that did include 2 in one week one of which was a super

Three low level ones this year.

This year about 10 talents that I know of, mostly low value. One around 7m and a recent 50m super.
