Can i get a club name of a person thats not been online for a long time ?

I think the current rule is 3 years of inactivity, and then the club name will be available and after 5 it will be automatically deleted.
It doesn't always work automatically though, so when i wanted my current club name i sent in a support ticket and within a day or 2 they had freed it up for me to use.
