It is correct. My friend had a talent with 1 training. Valued at 15 million and was sold for about 17 million.

hmm very interesting he;s not training super amazing though might be inflated market for youths though.

Obviously he must have some hidden talent , but what astonished me is your trainer never seen such a good trainer on zero wages unbelievable find . Good luck sell him after 5 trains he might go down in value after the next update .

Edit - advent calendar freebee it was is age that threw me at first, thought they were all under 40 obviously not .
