Loan System

Probably would have been brought up somewhere previously, but I think adding a loan system would benefit the game.

It is so hard to keep every single one of your players happy, as a drop in mood effects their training therefore stunting their growth. We all have players that are just not quite good enough to play in our starting XI. However, these players would be beneficial to other managers.

As a result, a loan system could be implemented, for example an option to 'loan list' a player so you can search specifically for players which managers would like to send out on loan. Then you could offer to loan the player for a specific amount of time (there would have to be a limit as this could cause players transferring players for free), and also include a loan fee.

What if they were loaned to ALs but continued to train on their current clubs ground? You would have Ur squad side reduced by number of players on loan at any given time to account for them. Only gain would be they play games

The bottom line is that loans have been looked at but are thought to be too open to facilitating cheating. Unfortunately.

And, yes, there would be things that could be done to alleviate the risks somewhat, but, with the very limited dev time available for making things better in the game, there are more important things that need doing than this.
