I’m after a bit of help concerning training. When I train my team all I do I clock the train button. They train by the default settings. Should I be setting up how they train and also have staff to take the trainings?
Thanks in advance

Trainers will obviously improve your scores and allow you to specialise but they can be expensive and any youths you create could possibly sell for more if they haven't been trained by a trainer. If it was me, I would stay as you are but if you do decide to get a trainer then make sure he has 20/20 on at least one of the key areas.

Ok thanks for the advice. Also should I be setting what they do in training or leave it as default settings?

To change settings you would need to hire a trainer, as mentioned above, I personally think that is the wrong option but if you wish to go ahead with it then I would mix your training between Training match and the routines that concentrate on key areas for the position of the players. If you only have one trainer then Training match would be the best, this is just my opinion though.
