Favor transfers at contract expiry

It is decided that favor transfers is no longer acceptable.

A favor transfer is when you lose a player because their contract expired and get someone else to buy the player and then you buy the player back for usually the same amount.

So far we usually just ignored it since nobody gained anything from it. However it still creates some issues.

- It creates an unfair market.
- The valuation process will get unrealistic in case of an over price.
- Unnecessary work for crew members

A favor transfer is always breaking the following rules:

3.3. Trade networks
Organising trade networks with the intent of helping friends achieve higher prices for players by false bidding on auctions is prohibited.

3.5. Bartering
It is not permissible to conduct barter trades including multiple players or credit amounts. Every trade consists of just one player and one credit amount.

Sometimes it also breaks the following rule:

3.1. Prices
Trading players at prices far exceeding their market value is prohibited.
