player purchased

i have won the auction of 3 players 30 minutes ago but they is still no notification about these players to be transfered to my team moreover account value remained the same it did not reduce


what should i do

since i am in hurry as i have to set formation and tactics i go auction again and won two auction . this time what i do is i saved information .

1 player was quickly transferred to my team but the second is still not transferred . auction ended 10 minutes earlier
