New topic layout:
As moderation team here in Banners & Logos we have decided that the current way the forum operates is too strict and discourages an active and productive forum.
Therefore, we have decided to implement a new system to allow for more communication between the requesters and the graphic makers. So now we are allowing the graphic makers the opportunity to ask the requester more questions about what designs they want amongst other things. This should then lead to better communication, and a graphic that the requester wants.
The way this will work is that we will allow the graphic maker to post in the thread with a question or questions. Then the requester is allowed to post back a reply to that question. From that point on, any further questions will need to be asked by editing the original post and adding the question underneath. Similarly, if the requester wants to answer, or ask something of the graphic maker, they will have to edit their post too.
The aim of this new system is to make this forum more interactive, but also to improve the communication between the two parties, by relaxing the strictness of the rules the graphic maker can get a clearer picture of the requirements and they can also offer trial attempts to see whether they are what is desired.
Obviously we know that this way of working will take some getting used to, so we will be more relaxed if the system is not followed, but after a week or so the standard forum rules above will apply.

Int. B/L Forum Rules:
Rule 1: No headlines and/or threads in LARGE type.
Rule 2: You may only have one active topic in the forum .
Rule 3: The title has to be "what you are looking for" - "your club name" (Example: Logo/banner - Cardiff City)
Rule 4: The language of the forum must be appropriate! Admin's punish people for inappropriate language. You can risk warnings, forum bans, fines & login bans.
Rule 5: It is forbidden to write to the logo / banner makers to ask for a logo, banner or other graphic.
Rule 6: You can only request a logo or banner for the club name you have right now.
If you are about to change your club name, you have to wait until you HAVE changed your club name. If you are looking for a logo or banner with other text than your current club name, it will be locked.
Rule 7: You have to speak English or your topic will be locked.
If you start speaking another language and we lock your topic, you can send us a mail, and tell us, that you'll speak English in the future. And we'll unlock your topic.
Rule 8: You must not post in anyone's topic unless you are going to make them a graphic, as this brings their topic to the top and will be deemed an unnecessary comment.
Rule 9: Topics older than 30 days MUST NOT be commented on. A new topic must be created. Any topic older than 30 days, that has been brought back to the top, will be locked.
Rule 10: The removal of moderator comments/cautions/warnings/edits, will not be tolerated. If this happens, the topic will be locked.
Rule 11: A question or answer that is placed outside of the original post (see new layout above) will be regarded as unnecessary comments.
Rule 12: A topic can only be "upped" once a day.
*NOTE: i) Not all these rules are applicable to the discussion threads in the forum, so moderator discretion will be used.
ii) Further rules may be added at any point, this thread will be updated accordingly.

Topics and posts which breach these rules may be moved, edited, locked or deleted without warning.
Serious and/or repeated contravention of these rules may result in fines and/or forum bans being issued.

NB. All topics locked in International Banners/Logos Forum will be moved to the Locked B/L Threads section. If you notice that your topic has disappeared, it is advisable to check here first to see if it has been locked and, if so, why.
