I have to say this Advent Calendar is SO much better than the previous Awards!

Some managers are experiencing an issue when trying to open Window 16 ...

(myself included...)

the window does not open, - but when you re-click it it says it has already been opened,

and, - what I didn't realise initially, - Window 18 has been opened instead

The "Prizes page" indicates that today's reward is another 5% Stadium repair
- which can apparently be redeemed from that page if you have this problem too.

Same here, thought the opened door was 17th, but now I see on the bottom of the page the 17 still not opened.
