The way this is "working" for me is:
As above - we now need more trainers as those we have can only do Seniors OR Youths.
We cannot now have our Senior "development subs" in the same higher intensity training Groups as our Youths - so we'll have to have a separate Senior trainer just for the Subs - and they will have to train one higher intensity plan instead of the several that were available with the Youth trainers. - Or of course employ even more trainers to separate the subs into their own individual Groups.
Furthermore, all youths will have to be relegated to the Youth Squad - or suffer either lower intensity training with the first 11, or training the same one plan as the Senior subs.
This means that they can no longer be in the Senior Squad to make up the numbers for Friendly matches - or to train with the Seniors on lower intensity when running short of energy after an injury.
So, we now need at least 3 Senior Subs to go with the allowed 5 youth payers for Friendly matches - just to get a team of 8 out on the pitch.
Fine if you have loads of Senior players kicking around - on Senior wages - "warming the bench" - but not good if you don't.
Overall then, this is going to cost us more in Trainer wages for less flexibility in training options.
I feel right now that it's going to send me back to the state of having my Senior 11, two only same quality subs to interchange, and no middle aged development players as they're just going to be too difficult to train and manage (keep happy.)
I do hope I'm wrong here - but that's how it seems to me to stand as of now.
Edit- having said all that, ... - it now seems that trainers CAN be used separately in both Squads? ? ?
- which would mean we potentially need fewer than before - not more ... ? ? ?
= I'm suitably confused.

Det bliver ændret til at en træner kan træne 1 senior-øvelse og 1 ungdomsøvelse.
