Dear valued supporters and members of the Kentrell Creek Football Club,

I am pleased to announce that we are shifting our strategy to focus more on youth-development. We believe that investing in our future stars is the best way to secure long-term success for our club.

As a consequence of this strategic shift, we will be investing heavily in the development of our practice facilities. We believe that having world-class facilities will attract the best young talent in the region, and help us nurture and develop these players into future stars.

We have already begun work on the first round of improvements to our facilities, and we expect these to be completed before summer. These improvements include a state-of-the-art training pitch, upgraded locker rooms, and cutting-edge training equipment.

We are committed to providing our youth players with the best possible resources and support to help them reach their full potential. We believe that by focusing on youth-development and investing in our facilities, we can build a sustainable, successful future for our club.
