Trufflers United in crunch relegation battle

Trufflers United had a fantastic start to the season at one point sitting in a comfortable 6th place, but the energy of the blues dropped leaving us stuck in 13th (relegation zone) coming into the final 3 crucial games for the club.

Odenese Otting at home tommorow early morning could be a winner survives game for United, they sit 1 point behind Otting aswell as 2 points behind BK Manchester City who beat United this afternoon at the Trench with a 89th minute winner, which could have been the straw that broke the camels back.

However, Mick Miller the 17 year old Scottish talent bought by Trufflers United seasons back for 242,000c has started his break in the first team. Light figures for this season, 21 games, 3 assists and 1 goal. The player who plays just of Miguel Medeiros has got a lot of the ball and has settled well generally.

Cipriano Patino continued his good form this season and has had a total of 7 assists but alas, no goals as such. Patino passed the 1,000 apps mark last season and continues his long, strong career at United.

Patino's best friend and partner in destruction Adonarim Basso is quickly approaching 1,000 apps for the club and has had another good season at the back for United.

Fermin Cascas has settled very well at the heart of United's defence along with Stanek and they work well with Basso and another new player Ovidu Vespan playing at left back.

Keeper Tobias Bejakabek has settled very well and has played some blinders in many games. Could become a club hero!

Miko Pak is a very strong and good player from the Czech Republic and is the heartbeat of the team, good tackles but his passing lacks accuracy, roll on next season! Hulmuth Leuger has played very well as well after his costly return to the club, some great assists and goals too.

Youths wise Kastas Hubbard the local boy has had a bit of a off season but hopes he can bounce back tommorow in the "Big Train". Sverre Haavold who the club bought for 104,000c 3 seasons ago is training well and he too hopes to train well tommorow.

Tomic Covaci finished off his u17 career with Hermes Santos as they both turned 18 and carried on working hard on their training trying to reach 525 by 19.

Finally, new boy Matthias Canterberry has trained really well and hopes to earn his T sign by tommorow afternoon and get an 100,000c + value after the update.

This is all the club news as such, apart from Tadeu Widjaja a 36 year old striker sent in a request to join United for his career ending contract, that is only a rumour though as the fee goes as big as 265,000c.

As always. AQUA NEWS
