Razey Rovers have certainly kept up this amazing season for themselves (and for my job after hyping it up) by beating all odds to come away with all 6 points from their games and putting them solidly in hopes of back to back promotions.

The first game of this Super Sunday saw top of the league Chievo Academy host Razey Rovers in a very evenly contested match up. The early pressure came from Chievo and Rovers eventually fell behind in the 21st minute as Drilon Bardhi was played in by Ilias Nyilasi. Chievo then kept up the pressure with Bardhi coming close to a second only to be denied by Ikedia. Rovers then began to push and in the 39th minute a throw-in deep in the opponents half comes to Zivan Prachal who scores his 26th for season from a tight angle. In the second half Razey Rovers were the team pushing more to take the lead and got it in the 69th minute when Aimhirghin Ferney played Aiden Downey through on goal who scores past a helpless Mcleod. Cheivo then looked like they were set to rescue a point when in the 92nd minute when Nyilasi got through the defence but was denied by the young 22 year old Spanish keeper Baldomero Toribio who came on as a sub in the 85th minute.

The 2nd game of the Super Sunday saw Razey Rovers play at home against Thanning United. Rovers began the game in high spirits having most of the early pressure as Thanning couldn't work much of a opportunity despite having more possession as they just got put offside or tackled. The break eventually came 33 minutes in for Rovers as Ferney and Downey linked up together with Downey releasing a stunning effort from a good 30/40 yards out that Dioneo Amore could do nothing about. Rovers then kept up their defending the best they could but Virgilijus Gedrimes eventually getting a shot away just before the half time break only to be denied by Ikedia. Razey Rovers began the 2nd half the same as the first and actually double their lead thanks to a fine effort from Prachal. Thanning then began to throw everything at Rovers but to no avail as the defenders and keeper kept them out.

With these results in the table certainly looks better for Razey Rovers with the Chievo v Thanning result becoming much more important to where they can potentially finish now.

1 Chievo Academy 28 18 4 6 63 30 +33 58
2 Razey Rovers 29 18 4 7 58 38 +20 58
3 Thanning United 28 16 7 5 62 37 +25 55

Stay tuned for the final edition to see how this exciting Super Sunday and season finishes.
