It is now official: Diament Garwolin will be representing Georgia in the One Nation Team World Cup, organised by Lithualiens FC (unofficial Lithuania)!

This is the first competition in which the Diamonds will play as the unofficial Georgian national team.
12 nations have entered the tournament, which will be played in a similar format to that used in the Champions League.The teams have been drawn into 4 groups of three (see below), with the top two teams advancing to the two-legged quarters, semis, and finally, a two-legged final.
Georgia has been drawn in Group A alongside Scotland (Jaggy Thistle FC) and Iceland (GstarFC). In the first fixtures (next season), Georgia will play Scotland away, and equally tricky Iceland at home.

France (Sunbird Athletic), USA (Washington Nationals), Switzerland (Sildegapet FC)

France, Finland and Scotland are considered to be favourites, but as we all know, anything can happen in football.
