Diament Garwolin have just pulled off a massive win against the favored league leaders, FC Danni!

In the first fixture against today's opponents, the strength of FC Danni's players proved too much for the Diamonds and they deserved the 3-0 loss.
However, in the re-match, you could really see the determination in their eyes and the winning strategy that Lord Radz has recently employed. The opposing players were closed down quickly, tackling was simply outstanding, and the new goalie Achiko Kostava finally had a good game (hopefully ending any speculation that at 151cm [5ft0"] he is too short be a useful shot-stopper).

In the end, it all came down to the the old combining with the new. In the 78th minute, the 18 year-old MD Zorbeg Khvedeliani dispossessed Uchito Dewaarashi inside the Diamonds' half, made a fool of Rene Haugsted, dribbled boldly into the opposition's side of the pitch, and unleashed a 25 yard pass to Bodrova, who whipped it first-time from just outside the box! Peyman Orgun, who had only conceeded 7 goals all season, was helpless to stop the Ukrainian's 325th goal for Diament Garwolin.
As the final whistle blew with the score showing 1-0 to the home side, the cheers from the fans erupted like a volcano, and the celebrations wil no doubt continue into the night.
