Interviewer (INT): Mattia, congratulations on being named the captain of Creed FC. Can you tell us how you feel about this significant responsibility?

Mattia Vianello (MV): Thank you very much. It's a tremendous honor to be named captain of this esteemed club. I'm both excited and humbled by the responsibility. It's a privilege to lead this group of talented players who are not only my teammates but also my friends. We're all committed to achieving success together.

INT: You've recently joined Creed FC from Barys Astana. Can you share your thoughts on your transition to the club and the city?

MV: The transition has been a positive experience. Creed FC is a club with a rich history and a passionate fan base. The players and staff have been incredibly welcoming, and I'm enjoying every moment. As for the city, it has a unique charm, and I'm looking forward to exploring it further.

INT: You've been known for your leadership on and off the pitch. How do you plan to bring your leadership qualities to Creed FC and guide the team forward?

MV: Leadership is about leading by example, both in training and in matches. I believe in setting a high standard for myself and helping my teammates reach their full potential. I'll work closely with the coaching staff to instill a winning mentality and ensure that we function as a cohesive unit. It's about supporting each other and working towards our collective goals.

INT: Creed FC has recently achieved promotion to Division 3. What are your aspirations for the club in this new chapter, and how do you plan to contribute to its success?

MV: Achieving promotion is a remarkable achievement, and it shows the club's ambition. Our goal is to establish ourselves in Division 3 and compete at a high level. Personally, I aim to provide stability and experience in the defense and contribute to a strong defensive line. Together, we'll work towards our shared objective of making Creed FC successful in this new division.

INT: As the new captain, you'll be leading a diverse group of players. How do you plan to foster unity and teamwork within the squad?

MV: Unity and teamwork are essential elements for success. We have players from various backgrounds and nationalities, which makes our squad diverse and exciting. I believe that by respecting each other's differences, working together on and off the pitch, and communicating effectively, we can create a strong sense of unity. We're all striving for the same goals, and that shared purpose will bring us together.
