24.3.2018 Tapponautit striker Peter Ferris has retired. The 32 years old Northern Irish #88 played mostly in the teams secondary lineup. He played 613 matches for the club, scoring 192 goals, giving 90 assists and being chosen as Man of the Match 46 times. Overall during his carrer, he only played in 1 other club, FC Ottos Dancehall, where he played 164 matches, scoring 23 goals, 21 assists and 4 MotM's. So his carrer stats are 777 matches, 215 goals, 111 assists and 50 MotM's. Ferris had his carrer high 20 goals season during his last full season. He also served as a alternate captain and main special situation man for the team for a while. Heres his last interview:

"Having to change club is one of the most difficult things in a players life. I had to do that only once in my carrer, which im very grateful of. I was here like at home, and i was treated with a lot of respect, and got all the support i needed. I can thank you all enough. I hope i was able to give you all something back with my results on the field. It was always a pleasure to be out there. Im not much for speeches, so im gonna leave this here. Thank you all so so very much."

The GM commented too:

"Peter, thank you. You made our secondary lineup so very much more dangerous for the opponents. And you had huge shoes to fill when you took Dallkus place on the starting lineup, and those shoes fit you perfectly. Its unfortunate that we lost you so soon after giving you the new position, but i trust you completely with your decision, and hope you all the best. Thank you."

Ferris announced that he will continue as a trainer, but wont work for Tapponautit. The club also hasnt yet aquired a replacement for Ferris (and Dallku) on the left wing.
