On 5.3.2018 Tapponautit have decided to part ways with their former capatin and current scout John Mark Terry. The now 36 years old English ex-defender played 812 matches with the team until hes retirement on 9.1.2018. Terry has worked as a scout for the club since, but now theyve decided go different paths. The word from the GM

"We've decided to not continue our contract with the scout John Mark Terry. This is nothing personal, we're still in excelent terms with Terry and thankful for everything hes done for us, but we dont need his services as a scout anymore. Its sad that this has to happen, but its the best choice."

Terry also had his last interview as a part of the Tapponautit club.

"Like ive said before, its been unbelievable to be a part of this club, first as a player and now as a scout. Im extremely thankful for getting to be here, everyone within the club has been so friendly, and our fans have been so supportive. Its gonna be difficult getting used to working somewhere else, but its the best for me and the club. We made this decision in complete understanding on both sides. So, thank you once again to everyone for making this the best time of my life."

After these sad news, Tappajanutti said that he has a more positive announcement coming up soon.
