"To all my friends, my teammates, the coaches, the manager, the physio department, the fans, and to this whole club and all who have supported me, thank you. I was worried at the start of my carrer if id ever find a place that fits me, but that worry was gone in a few weeks after i got here. This club has given nothing but great things for me. Im extremely glad i was able to play the biggest part, and end my carrer here. Im gonna miss everyone here, and being on the field, hearing the fans cheer for us, but this is the right decision for me. Thank you all."

The GM Tappajanautti said a few words too

"Titus, thank you. Youve given this team a great deal of fighting spirit, skill and leadership. I was always very glad following your play, and feeling really confident when you were out there on the field. You will be impossible to replace, but i wish you all the best on your retirement. Also, your number 6 was very special for me, mixing it to the first letter of your middle name (he says with a wink)."

Kroner is the second player in the current roster to retire, first one being the long time captain John Mark Terry.
