Cleanup in user forums June 5th

We're long overdue a good cleanup in our huge number of user forums.

We've got around 18,000 user forums that have not been touched at all in over a year. They use up tons of space in our database, and make moderation more difficult than necessary. Therefore, we'll soon be doing a cleanup of old user forums.

We do know that there are some old user forums out there with some great content, so we won't perform the cleanup until the 5th of June.

If you know an old user forum with good, useful content, you can "rescue" it just by writing a single post in there - a reply to an existing thread will do.

As long as somebody has written a single post in a forum in the past year, it won't be deleted.

Official forums won't be affected by the cleanup.
