Update from the development department

Hey everyone,

It's been a while since I last updated you on what's been happening behind the scenes, and for that I apologize. We haven't made as much progress as I had hoped over the past couple of months, but we've been working hard nonetheless.

One of the main things we've been doing is continuing getting more familiar with some of the new technologies that we'll need when we start working on the mobile version, which I've already told you about. This has led us down some unexpected paths and we've ended up spending more time than anticipated on researching even more snazzy technologies that will help us in the future.

Unfortunately, my colleague and I have both been sick a couple of times, which has slowed us down a bit. When you're only 2 developers, it doesn't take much before the schedule slips.

I have a tendency to get distracted and forget about keeping you all updated when I'm focused on stuff like this, especially when it doesn't result in something concrete that I can show you. I'll do my best to keep you updated moving forward.
